Despite the dire situation, Kazuya sees a path to avoid unnecessary conflict whilst gaining new allies. Review : I think this show scratches that itch left behind by Spice and Wolf, and Log Horizon, for me personally. I can take or leave action but I love politics and interesting dialogue. I think that’s the main appeal of this show. If you want a lot of action or get bored when a majority of a show is characters sitting around talking, then you’re going to hate this show. I think it also avoids the classic isekai trope of an overpowered main character (At least personally I think it does.) I could see an …
